Execute projects from Kickoff to Post Go-Live Support/Project Closure successfully within scope, hours budgeted, and a timely duration to meet the expected Go-Live date and achieve customer success with minimal oversight needed.
Adhere to OptiProERP’s implementation methodology.
Have a strong, demonstrable functional knowledge of SAP Business One (deeper than user level) OptiProERP’s add-on functionality and web applications (deeper than user level), Boyum applications: B1UP, Print & deliver, CRM, etc. (deeper than user level) and eWorkplace add-ons/platforms (user-level) available to OptiProERP customers with the ability to perform required demos to customers and OptiProERP team members. Must stay current with SAP Business One and OptiProERP functionality.
Lead, prepare, and execute all project activities, deliverables, and solution documents (Business Blueprint, Scope of Work, Master Data import, Pilots and CRP, Training, UAT, cut-over and Go-Live preparation activities, Post Go-Live Support, and the Project Closure/Audit and Support Handoff) with quality, strong documentation, and within stated deadlines.
Perform with proper documentation detailed analysis of customers’ business requirements (current state, future state, and gap analysis) and objectives and work directly with our customers to meet those objectives with the ERP system.
Recommend business process improvements for the customer as needed with a strong understanding of OptiProERP’s customer’s business, requirements, and OptiProERP/SAP Business One system.
Perform application configuration, implementation and data conversion. Work with Application Consultant (AC) to set-up system users, access, and data migration.
Lead the resolution of functional and technical issues, working with the customer, project lead/project manager, other consultant, product/L3, and cloud/IT teams as needed.
